ROCKFORD (WREX) -

The Winnebago County Integrity Task Force has finished its investigation into the officer-involved shooting that claimed the life of Logan Bell.

The October 11, 2012 shooting involved Rockford Police Officers Andre Brass, Phillip Statler, and Jeremiah Cizerle. The investigation centered around the events that resulted in Bell's death and the results of the investigation have been turned in to the Winnebago County State's Attorney's Office.

That office will now review the task force's investigation and decide whether or not to present the case to a Winnebago County Grand Jury. There is no set timetable for the office to come to that decision at this time.

If there is a need for a follow-up investigation, that investigation would be handled by the Winnebago County Integrity Task Force.
