Local high school singer makes her way to Carnegie Hall

A local high school vocalist will join other like her from around the country as she sings at Carnegie Hall.

Lydia West is a senior at Winnebago High School.   She's been selected to sing in the American High School Honors Performance Series Choir at Carnegie Hall in New York City.

She'll be there in February.   Only a select group of high school musicians from the whole continent make the cut.
