Beloit Police break up large party; cite underage drinking - WREX.com – Rockford’s News Leader

On Saturday, December 22 at approximately 0200 hours, Officers from the City of Beloit Police Department responded to the 2100 block of Liberty in regards to the report of juveniles darting out into traffic.
On arrival, officers discovered an underage alcohol party taking place and initially had contact with fifty-plus (50+) individuals. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that thirty (30) of the party-goers were below the age of 21.
A total of thirty-two
(32) municipal citations were issued prior to those cited being released to a
responsible party or on their own recognizance for those of adult status.
