6 arrested in Winnebago County narcotic investigation - WREX.com – Rockford’s News Leader

Six men have been arrested after a narcotic investigation led by several agencies in Winnebago County.

Members of the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department, the Rockford Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms all teamed up to carry out the investigation, which began early this year..

The following individuals were arrested on Wednesday, December 19 and face state charges:

• Kevin Vongsavath, 24
  
  • 8 counts Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (delivery of cocaine)
  • 1 count Violation of the Cannabis Control Act
  • 1 count Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession of less than 200 grams of Psilocybin)
• Bradley Martin Nietz, 28
  
  • 1 count Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession of cocaine)
  • 1 count Violation of the Cannabis Control Act (possession of 70 grams of cannabis)
• Calvin Williams, 24
  
  • 1 count Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession with intent to deliver 1 - 15 grams of heroin)
  • 1 count Resisting and Officer
  • Contempt of Court Warrant
• David Eugene Spickler, 46
  
  • 1 count Violation of the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (possession of cocaine)
  • Contempt of Court Warrant
• Danny Chapman, 50
  
  • Contempt of Court Warrant
• Brian Lee Clark, 35
  
  • 2 Contempt of Court Warrants
