Santa visits Rockford Health System's Children's Medical Center

Kids in the Children's Medical Center at Rockford Health System got a special one-on-one visit from Santa and some elves just before Christmas.

The Macy's Santa Bus Tour made a stop at the center on Thursday. Santa read "'Twas the Night Before Christmas" and handed out sock monkey toys to each child. There was also a party held in honor of his visit.

Letters to Santa can be submitted at your local Macy's to benefit Make-A-Wish. The company will donate $1 for each letter mailed in the store, up to $1 million.
