Crack down on underage drinkers in bars

State police won't be tolerating underage drinkers in bars this holiday.

Illinois Secretary of State, Jesse White, announces that state police are cracking down on underage drinking in bars statewide.  14 people were caught using fake IDs this past weekend in Chicago.

"Our message is clear, underage drinking is illegal and dangerous. Don't risk losing your driving privileges, paying a fine or going to jail."

Depending on the charges, underage drinkers could face up to $25,000 worth in fines.  Establishments can also face charges for serving underage drinkers.
