An unforgettable date is leading to unforgettable memories for couples around the Rockford area.
Over a dozen couples got married at the Winnebago County Clerk's Office on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Many say they wanted their anniversary to be easily remembered, while others planned ahead to be married on the special date.
Christopher and Randi Francis were married Wednesday, and she says they planned for "about six months, and then he can't forget the date, obviously."
The Francis' were also the twelfth couple to be married at the County Clerk's Office that day.
