Ideal riding conditions make the 3rd annual Tour de Frost a bit more bearable for cyclists.
The 20-mile rides benefits the Rockford Rescue Mission. Riders take a break along the ride at the Burpee Museum of Natural History to promote Rockford tourism. Team Fur Bandit hosts the event. If you've seen them ride you know how they got their name.
Riders said they'd ride no matter the conditions. Around 40 people took part in the cruise.
