Parcels of Rita Crundwell's land up for sale - WREX.com – Rockford’s News Leader

Three out of five parcels of real property that belong to Rita Crundwell are up for grabs.

The U.S. Marshals Service will accept offers until noon on December 21. Public inspections of the properties will be held on December 7, 8, and 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The addresses and current offers for the property are:

• Parcel A (18-08-20-400-005): 1403 Dutch Road, Dixon (43 acres, including a single family home)
  
  • Current offer: $450,000
• Parcel B (18-08-13-100-006): 1556 Red Brick Road, Dixon (87.82 acres, including two farm buildings)
  
  • Current offer: $700,000
• Parcel C (14-09-07-100-014): +/- 81 acres of real property commonly known as farm land in Lee County
  
  • Current offer: $540,000

Crundwell has been accused of stealing over $53 million from the City of Dixon while she was employed as comptroller. After her April arrest, Crundwell agreed to the liquidation of her assets. She pleaded guilty to a federal charge of wire fraud on November 14 and agreed she owes Dixon full restitution of $53,740,394.
