The principal of Oregon High School is lending his advice on school improvement to readers around the country.
PJ Caposey has published the book Building a Culture of Support: Strategies for School Leaders. He hopes the book will help school leaders tackle the challenge of changing school culture.
"The process made me a better writer and helped me contribute to my profession, but it also made me a better professional, a better principal, and a better leader," Caposey said of his experience writing the book.
The book was published by Eye on Education, located in New York. The book is available on their website.
