San Jose nightclub and Liquor Commission come to agreement

After the repercussions of a November 4 shooting at San Jose nightclub left two dead and many injured, the City of Rockford Liquor Commission and the club's owners have come to a tentative agreement on the club's fate.

The two sides met during a Liquor Commission meeting on Wednesday afternoon, during which only Mayor Larry Morrissey spoke. It was tentatively decided that San Jose nightclub will close and their liquor license will be revoked.

The two sides are scheduled to meet again next week.
