DeKalb County police looking for source of abandoned house fire

DEKALB COUNTY (WREX) -

A fire at an abandoned house in Kingston appears to be suspicious.

The fire occurred in the 7700 block of Wolf Road between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. on November 9. There was no power to the residence and DeKalb police believe the cause of the fire is suspicious in nature.

Police are also looking for information on two occurrences of vandalism that happened overnight in Sandwich on October 29. A recycling bin in the 200 block of East Railroad Street was spray painted, as well as a city building in the 300 block of East College Street. The building was spray painted with the words "love" and "yake".
