A lawsuit filed against Rockford School District 205 by a former employee is dismissed.
Kenneth Jackson used to be the principal at Jefferson High School. That was in 2006, his contract wasn't renewed in 2008. Jackson sued claiming the district and then Interim Superintendent Linda Hernandez discriminated and retaliated against him. Rockford School District Attorney Lori Hoadley says a judge threw that lawsuit out of federal court.
