Homeless man found dead in Rockford public toilet

ROCKFORD (WREX) -

A 65-year-old homeless man has been found dead in a portable toilet in downtown Rockford.

The man's body was found early Thursday afternoon inside the toilet located on the parking deck at East State and Water Streets.

Police are saying the death is not suspicious.
