4th Annual Fall Groove Walk to rock downtown Rockford - WREX.com – Rockford’s News Leader

Twelve bands at 12 different establishments will take over downtown Rockford on October 13 for the 4th Annual Fall Groove Walk.

The Groove Walk will feature genres ranging from country, blues, rock, pop, and R&B, and attendees can either walk from venue to venue or take advantage of free rides on RMTD which will have a route run along the Groove Walk throughout the event. The following bands will be featured:

• Steve Ditzell and Blue Lightening - Adriatic Bar
• Lizzi Neal Band - Bar 3
• Fresh Hot Fritters - CJ's
• Brother K - Deli Italia
• Basement Blues Band - Irish Rose
• Andy Spitson - Kiwi
• Kelly Steward - Kryptonite
• Blues Hawks - Octane
• Two of Us - Rue Marche
• Heavyflow - District
• The Crave - The Office
  

The event will take place on Saturday, October 13 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Admission is $7 in advance or $10 at the door and one ticket gives admission to all 12 locations. Proceeds benefit RAMI's Gary Wilmer Scholarship Fund.
