Aquin's Sophie Brunner Commits to Arizona State

FREEPORT (WREX) -

Aquin forward Sophie Brunner verbally committed to Arizona State University, according to Aquin girls basketball coach Jeff Curry.

Brunner helped lead the Lady Bulldogs to a 1-A state championship this past season as a junior. She was named to the 1-A All-State team.

She can officially sign her letter of intent in November.
