24-year-old pleads guilty to cocaine charges in Rockford

A 24-year-old man pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine on October 1.

Victor Rivera-Gomez pled guilty in front of the Honorable Judge Ronald White. Rivera-Gomez was arrested by police during a search warrant at 326 Stanley Street in Rockford. Four plastic bags containing a substance that tested positive for the probable presence of cocaine and two scales were found during the search.

Possession with Intent to Deliver 15 to 100 grams of Cocaine is a Class X Felony with a sentencing range of six to thirty years in prison.
