The man accused of killing a woman on I-90 and eluding police for a week appeared in court on Tuesday.
Judge John Truitt will oversee Kody Walsh's case. Walsh is on trial for the murder of Lori Daniels. Police say Walsh shot her on I-90 near Beloit before leading police on a chase to Rockford where the car he was driving crashed. Walsh is also accused of firing on police before running away. He was apprehended a week later near Memphis, Tennessee.
