Man found guilty of sexual assault in Winnebago County

ROCKFORD (WREX) -

A 31-year-old man has been found guilty of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault in an offense relating to a child under the age of 13.

Dennis James Rahn was found guilty by a jury on September 26. Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Child is a Class X Felony with a sentencing range of six to sixty years in prison and lifetime registration as a Child Sex Offender.

Rahn is scheduled to be sentenced on November 21.
