JANESVILLE (WREX) - A Janesville man gets his seventh drunk driving arrest.
Yesterday Janesville police arrested Robert Schumacher. Witnesses reported that he stopped his truck in the roadway in the area of North Oakhill Avenue and West Memorial Drive and was walking around.
Schumacher has six prior OWI convictions, plus an outstanding arrest warrant. He now faces a felony OWI charge.
