A week-long investigation leads to the arrest of a man accused of selling drugs out of a condemned Rockford home.
Willie Thomas, 40, is charged with Violation of the Controlled Substance Act with Intent to Deliver within 1000 Feet of a Park and Criminal Trespass to Property.
He was among three people busted at 832 8th Avenue on Friday. Officers found crack cocaine and drug materials inside the building.
