ROCKFORD (WREX) -

Rockford Police Department investigators release the names of three suspects they believe were involved with the Auburn Street BP gas station shooting back in May, but they're only looking for two of those suspects.

All three men allegedly involved in a shooting that took the life of a Rockford teen, are no strangers to the justice system. Police say each one is a gang member, and a previously convicted felon. Detectives are searching for 22-year-old Rico Jefferson and 24-year-old Russell Jefferson, both of Rockford. The third suspect is 25-year-old Martell Buckley, who was already in the Winnebago County Jail on an unrelated weapons charge. Their charges are all the same, six counts of first degree murder, unlawful possession of a firearm by a gang member, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. 18-year-old Dwayne Buchanan died after that gas station shooting.

If you have any information on where Rico or Russell Jefferson might be, call Rockford Police (815) 987-5824, or Crime Stoppers (815)963-7867.
