ROCKFORD (WREX) -

In Rockford a man gets car jacked outside his home on the city's north west side.

It happened just after midnight, at 2200 Richmond Street. Rockford Police say a man came home and parked his car in the garage when he got out he was approached by two men - one of whom had a handgun. The victim gave up his keys and the two men fled in the victim's 2001 Chrysler 300.
