Young hockey standouts get the NHL experience - WREX.com – Rockford’s News Leader

ROCKFORD (WREX) - Detroit Red Wings Assistant Coach and former IceHogs Coach Bill Peters comes back to Rockford as a guest coach.
All this week Peters will work with participants in the Rockford Park District's Select Summer Camp. This camp is for competitive players who already play at a high level, to help them improve even more.
Goalies who attend the camp will also receive expert advice from Mark Bernard, who is a former professional goalie. You may recognize his name as a former head coach of the Rockford IceHogs. He now serves as General Manager of Minor League Affiliations for the Chicago Blackhawks.
