Beloit Police investigating shooting at Turtle Tap


A 22-year-old man was shot in his car in the parking lot of Beloit's Turtle Tap around 1:00 a.m. Saturday morning.

According to an investigation by Beloit Police, the victim was shot in his car and then drove to a residence in the 1200 block of Keeler Avenue where he sought help from a friend. That friend then drove the victim to a Rockford hospital. 

The victim is suffering non-life threatening injuries and was admitted to the hospital in good condition.
