
A health educator will join the team at Crusader Community Health thanks to a grant from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.
The $40,000 grant will pay for the position of a health educator who will educate and counsel patients at Crusader on healthy lifestyles and disease management. The goal of the position is to improve the lives of patients suffering from diabetes and heart disease.
