
Two Rockford residents have been arrested after trying to deliver cocaine in the parking lot of a business in the 3100 block of 11th Street.
The arrest took place on August 1 at 5:20 p.m. after a lengthy investigation by the Winnebago County Sheriff's Police Narcotic Unit. Antwon D. Smith, 32, and Stephanie A. Paniaqua, 34, were arrested. Smith attempted to flee and resisted officers during the arrest.
