
The 86th annual Rockford Women's Golf Classic saw Hui Chong Dofflemyer shoot a course record in Monday's opening round. Then it saw her knocked out in match play Tuesday.
Allee Graceffa knocked off the defending champ 5 and 3 by sinking a par on 15. Graceffa will face Melissa VanSistine in Wednesday's semi-finals. VanSistine beat Elizabeth Curtiss 3 and 2.
On the other half of the bracket, Cynthia Bounleutay knocked off Samantha Makovec 5 and 4 by sinking a putt on the 14th hole. The 2nd seeded Bounleutay will take on 3rd seeded Alison Gorman in the semi-finals. Gorman beat Kellsey Welter 5 and 3.
Both semi-final groups tee off at 7:00 a.m. at Atwood Homestead Golf Course Wednesday.
