
Rockford Police have arrested a man they believe may be responsible for several burglaries from motor vehicles on the northeast side of Rockford.
An investigation by the Rockford Police Department Burglary Unit led to the arrest of Jamal Sturdivant of Rockford. He is currently facing two counts of burglary from a motor vehicle for incidents that occurred in the 4400 block of Marsh Avenue and the 3000 block of Cheroakwood Lane. He has also been charged with the unlawful use of a credit card.
A follow-up investigation has cleared the following incidents with Sturdivant's arrest:
Sturdivant was arrested on July 25.
