Police in Belvidere have arrested two 19 year olds in connection to several car burglaries.

Daniel Rose and Dejay Burt were picked up after someone made a suspicious persons report Friday.

After the arrest police searched a home in the 2800 block of Fairfield Trail and seized over a thousand dollars worth of property they believe is stolen.

They found GPS units, cell phones, and other electronics. Both men are being held in the Boone County Jail without bond. Anyone who has had property stolen from them in the last seven days is asked to contact the Belvidere Police Department.
