A 49-year-old Belvidere man may face up to ten years in prison for child pornography charges.
Richard K. Yohn pleaded guilty in Federal Court in Rockford to possessing child pornography that crossed state lines. He admitted that a computer he owned in April 2010 contained sexually explicit images of children.
He faces a maximum potential sentence of ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Yohn is scheduled to be sentenced on October 15.
