Winnebago Co. votes on landfill expansion tonight

After months of debate the Winnebago County landfill expansion all hinges on tonight. The county board will vote on whether to allow it. A special hearing officer appointed by the board has already recommended approving the landfill expansion. But critics worry about the smell this could create for people who live close by and fear business will not want to move into the area of I-39 and Baxter Road. 13 News will have a crew at tonight's vote and bring you live updates on 13 news at 5 and 6.
