Jury selection for Jack McCullogh's rape case is expected to begin Monday.
Attorneys on both sides say they're prepared for the trial process to begin.
McCullough is accused of rape and indecent liberties with a child, for abusing a 14-year-old Sycamore girl between 1961 and 1962.
The 72-year-old from Seattle was extradited to Illinois. He's also charged with the 1957 death of Maria Ridulph in a separate case.
He's currently being held in the DeKalb County jail on a more than 3 million dollar bond.
