People gathered at the Forest Hills Lodge for the Antique Show.
Dealers put some of their best items on display. It was a chance for customers to learn more about different antiques and even bring in things laying around their house they think may be valuable. When it came to making purchases organizers say customers caught on quickly about what to do.
"Most customers have learned that once you see something that you really like and you know it's a good deal, you better buy it because it won't be here a few minutes later," said Northern Illinois Antique Association President Fred Kunz.
Kunz estimates close to 1,500 people have came out for the show.
