A 20-year-old woman faces new charges in a crash that killed a man in Boone County.
Amber Mazoch is now charged with three additional counts of aggravated driving under the influence of drugs.
The charges allege that on September 11, 2011, Mazoch caused the motor vehicle accident on Business Route 20 that was the proximate cause of death of Anthony Kush, and that at the time of the accident, there was cocaine, cannabis, and oxycodone in her urine from the consumption of these controlled substances.
Mazoch was previously charged with felony counts for leaving the scene of the crash. She's due in court on February 8, 2012.
