Quinternships

WREX and Quincy are currently accepting applications for their internship program known as the Quinternship Program at WREX.

Interns may apply for internships in the areas of:

• News

• Production

• Promotion

• Sales

• Interactive Media

• Engineering/IT

Paid interns will have the opportunity to receive real-life, hands-on training. Quincy is always hiring, however, these internship positions are limited and in great demand. Candidates are encouraged to apply online at www.careersatquincy.com.

"In order to compete for the next generation of great talent, Quincy recognized the importance of a formal paid internship program," said Tom Allen, Quincy Vice-President. "Our goal is to become an employer of choice. Our goal is to prepare these outstanding student interns for influential jobs in broadcasting, print and interactive media. We are excited to launch the Quinternship Program in our company, and provide these outstanding opportunities at WREX and in all 12 of our markets and newspapers."

More information for educators and students is available at www.careersatquincy.com.
