Two admitted teenage gang members are behind bars on drug charges in Belvidere.
Pablo Mora, 17, of Belvidere, is charged with three counts of delivering cocaine near a public park.
Miguel Zarate, 19, of Belvidere, faces one count for delivering cocaine near a public park.
Both are being held in the Boone County Jail.
Belvidere police investigators spent two months investigating Zarate and Mora's drug activity. They were arrested after warrants were served in the 300 block of Nebraska Street and the 500 block of Buchanan Street in Belvidere. During those searches police seized cocaine, cannabis, drug paraphernalia, and cash.
The investigation is ongoing and police say additional charges and arrests are expected.
