Three men, convicted of killing a Rockford boy will have to wait to see if they'll get those convictions thrown out.

Tyjuan Anderson, Lumont Johnson and Anthony Ross are doing time for DeMarcus Hanson's 2002 murder.  As part of a hearing Tuesday, a former prisoner Dennis Mackey testified that another man Casel Montgomery confessed to the shooting in prison.   Prosecutors have an ongoing objection to Mackey's testimony.  The hearing's continued until the beginning of November.
