Aaron joined the 13 News Team in April 2011 as a multi-media journalist.
A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Aaron got his news career started at the NBC News Washington Bureau.
He's a graduate of Hampton University.
"I got into news by accident. I wanted to study something that would push me in terms of working with people and improve my writing. My goal was to study something English related and minor in political science on my way to law school. However, once I started doing internships and seeing all the work that goes into a television show or producing a newspaper, and the impact it has on the community I was in love."
"My favorite part of being in news is the power journalism has to help people. From showing people doing great things in the community to the areas that need help, being able to put public attention on issues is a powerful way to help people in the community."
In his free time, Aaron says you can usually find him at the gym, reading newspapers, or catching up on college or pro football.
