ROCKFORD (WREX) - Rockford-based Woodward Governor acquires another company.
The aerospace manufacturer bought HR Textron for $365 million. HR Textron makes motion control systems for companies like Boeing and Lockheed Martin.
Woodward's CEO says the acquisition will help position the company for more growth in the future.
