ROCK COUNTY, WI - A deadly accident in Rock County shuts down the eastbound lanes on Highway 11 for two hours.
Police say the driver of a Ford Tempo ran through a red light on US-51, and crashed with a Dodge Ram heading west on Highway 11. The Tempo hit the traffic light. It ended up falling on the Dodge, which had also rolled over and landed on its side.
The people in the truck, 35-year-old Mark Ryan and his 4-year-old and 14-month-old sons were taken to the hosptial. The driver of the Tempo, 47-year-old Debra Anderson died at the scene. Her 9-year-old granddaughter was taken to Milwaukee's Childrens Hosptial.
