Sign up for the Food for the Needy Giveaway and Toy House starts this week.
You can sign up at the Salvation Army's Citadel Corps Community Center, 210 Kilburn in Rockford.
You have to bring a picture identification for the head of the household, social security cards for each person, proof of income for the past month and something like a lease or utility bill that shows your current address.
Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
