ROCKFORD - The Coliceum re-opens with a new name and new rules.
The club on East State Street closed in January after a major bar fight, questionable liquor license and failing to meet building standards.
Now the club is re-opeing, but before any 17-20 year olds can walk in the new Coliceum's doors they must meet the dress code, go through a metal detector and pay a $12 cover charge.
