File PhotoWINNEBAGO COUNTY (WREX) - The Salvation Army holds a Flood Relief Fair to connect victims from the 2008 floods to the services they need.
Two-hour sessions were being held at 1:00 p.m. and at 4:00 p.m. at Machesney Park Village Hall, 300 Machesney Park Road, Monday.
The fair was for victims of the floodwaters that hit the area between June 1 - July 22, 2008. They received help with things like home repairs, mold removal, paying rent/mortgage and utility bills, appliance replacement and furnishings replacement.
