528 Liberty Blvd. in Machesney ParkMACHESNEY PARK (WREX) - Investigators think a fight over a domestic situation is behind last night's shooting in Machesney park.
Thirty-eight-year-old Robby Schultz is in custody now, charged with reckless discharge of a firearm. The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department says he shot Mike Viederis in the upper torso.
The shooting happened at 528 Liberty Blvd. in Machesney Park.
Viederis was taken to OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center in serious condition.
