WINNEBAGO COUNTY (WREX) - A Winnebago County jury finds a Rockford man guilty of robbing his place of employment.
Wesley Jackson was found guilty of burglary in the robbery of Skate Co on North Main Street on September 17, 2008.
Officers reviewed security tapes from cameras inside the building and determined that Jackson had used keys to get in and steal two cash boxes. Jackson was a Skate Co employee at the time.
Jackson will be sentenced on February 26. He faces 3-7 years in prison.
