UNDATED (WREX) - The worst of the snow is on the ground, but get ready for bitter cold temperatures and blowing snow.
Winds are expected to become very strong later today, blowing snow around and reducing visibility to less then a mile.
Temperatures will drop below zero overnight.
A Blizzard Warning is in effect for Carroll, Jo Daviess and Stephenson counties in Illinois and Green and Rock counties in Wisconsin.
A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Boone, DeKalb, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, Whiteside and Winnebago counties in Illinois and Walworth County in Wisconsin.
