ROCKFORD (WREX) - All three suspects in the murders of two Rockford teens at a Halloween party are in police custody.
The young suspects all face murder charges in the shooting deaths of Nathan Melendez-Torrance, 19, and DeAngelo Link, 16, at 814 Kilburn on October 31. A total of four people were shot at the party.
LaMarcus Bassett, 16, was the last suspect arrested in the case. He was picked up on Saturday. He was moved to adult court and had his first appearance Monday. He's being held on $2 million bond. His next court date is December 17.
On Friday, Andrew Richmond, 21, and a 15-year-old boy were served with murder warrants in the case. Richmond was in court Friday and is scheduled to be arraigned on December 16. He's being held in the Winnebago County Jail on $2 million bond.
The 15-year-old was in court Monday. He was 14 at the time of the crime. He's being held in the Winnebago County Juvenile Detention Center.
