MOSCOW (AP) - Marcel Hirscher of Austria won the second edition of the parallel slalom Champions Cup on a giant ramp in a promotion of Alpine ski events for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.

Therese Borssen of Sweden dominated the first women's event on Saturday.

Hirscher and Borssen were among 21 skiers (14 men, seven women) along with three Russian champions invited to compete in the exhibition in Moscow organized by the International Ski Federation.

The ramp was erected on a slope at Vorobyevy Hills. It had 20 gates and was 197 feet high, 118 feet wide and 689 feet long.

In Saturday's finals, Hirscher beat Steve Missillier of France, while Borssen edged world champion Maria Riesch of Germany.
