ROCKFORD (WREX) - Rheumatoid Arthritis sufferers may get some relief from a new pill.

Dr. Frederick Dietz of Rockford Health Physicians is one of 350 doctors taking part in a trial for a new therapy. Patients enrolled will receive a pill rather than an injection - like most current medications for the condition.

Rheumatoid Arthritis is a chronic disease which causes inflammation in the joints leading to stiffness, muscle pain, weakness and flu-like symptoms.
